We've always been very choosy about who we add to the ICE mix. And we're very proud of the people we have adopted into the fold. Of course being 'excellent' is a given (as is an ability to make a good cup of tea). But we're also after people who think about what they're doing, why they're doing it and what affect it has in the great scheme of things. Good ideas keep us awake at night... and that's all that does.
